If not type D:\START.EXE at the command prompt to run Total Utilities 99. You may also open up your Web Browser like Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater and type D:\Start. HTM at the Address line to start the program. Change D:\ to whatever letter your CD-ROM drive is. Once started follow directions on screen on how to use Total Utilities 99! Requirements Total Utilities 99 was programmed in Html, Java, ActiveX, just like a web page and requires a Web Browser to use it. It was specifically designed to be used with Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater which comes with Windows 98. Also hit the F11 Key on your keyboard to run your Internet Browser in Full Screen mode which was the way the Total Utilities was designed to be run and clickt the F11 Key to return to its original size.
